This guide shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order. This following is a list of the different kinds of shipping methods available for you selection. When you place an order, you can choose the shipping method which suits you best. And we are currently still working on some more shipping options; we will tell all our customers when the day is available.
Standard Shipping
This shipping method takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 15-25 working days to all major destinations. And shipping costs vary with item. Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping is the fastest methods for delivery. Delivery times are between 9-10 working days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. For different order and weight of items, the costs will be different. Because of this, the price for the items doesn't include the shipping costs on product information. You can check the price for the shipping costs at the page of the product.
Estimate Delivery Time
Before shipping your order, all your items have to be put through the strict quality control tests by PromSky.com; total delivery time is different to shipping time alone.
Standard Order Time:15-25 working days; Tailoring Period:12-20 working days; Shipping Time:3-5 working days
Urgent Order Time:10 working days; Tailoring Period:7 working days; Shipping Time:3 working days
Policy of return
Yes - PromSky chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.
We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy.
Return Policy Overview
You may return any returnable item that it is in its original condition with packaging intact sold by PromSky.com within 72 hours after you receive your order (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information).but we need to confirm the problem,so please send some pictures for checking , and also all customer who need to return the dress need to pay the shipping cost when send it back .Several conditions must be met before PromSky will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. We accept returns via mail only. If you want to return any items you purchase at PromSky.com, please send an email to our customer service promskyservice@hotmail.com
Please keep in mind , you can not buy many items and after you received the dress and you just need to keep one your favorite, it is not acceptable, so hope you can understand us , because we are do businesss ,if all customers do like this , we can not do business any more , so hope you can understand .
Items that are Not Returnable
PromSky.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Custom Tailored Items, including
- The dresses we tailored according to the pictures provided by customer
- - The dresses we tailored with any style alternation according to the customers’ special requirements, including but not limited to train alternation, straps alternation and back-style alternation.
- - The dresses we tailored with custom size required by customers
- - Items more than 72 hours after customers receive their order (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information).
- - Any product not in its original condition – new, complete,unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair
Non-refundable Items
PromSky.com does not refund for any item that is not returnable.
If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the item back to you when we receive your shipping fee accordingly.
Full Refund
You will receive a refund for the item price not include the shipping and handling fees if the return is the result of our error. please send the dress back , and after we receive the dress and we will send the full refund to you .
If you think there is problem with your order, please email to promskyservice@hotmail.com to provide us the evidence and detailed explanation for the problem. We will check and make sure whether the problem is the result of our error.
Partial Refund
We also offer partial refunds if you would like to return a returnable items but conditions for a full refund is not met.
- Any returnable items returned for reasons not due to our error: up to 70% of item's price.Free Shipping Item: Shall minus the shipping costs.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 30% of item's price. Free Shipping Item: Shall minus the shipping costs.
Receiving a Refund
We’ll check and make sure the conditions of your returned item after we receive and process your return according to our Return Policy.
If your return is meet full refund or partial refund condition, we will refund you in 5 to 10 working days by PAYPAL since we receive the returned item.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Alter Size
If you need to alter size (not the result of our error), you shall email to promskyservice@hotmail.com to check.
